Weddings during the COVID-19 pandemic are subject to evolving guidelines about guest numbers and reception restrictions, and we know this is stressful. During this time, we too, are evolving and expanding our range of packages to serve you in the way that you need us.

WEDDINGS DURING COVID-19 FAQs
How do you adhere to social-distancing?
We will use lenses that mean we do not need to get too close to people. We will adhere to the current government guidelines on social-distancing throughout the day – this means some images may be taken from a greater distance than pre-COVID-19.
What about during the ceremony?
It’s best to ask your venue before the wedding day, of any potential restrictions for the photographer and we can discuss these to make sure we are abiding by the venue and government guidelines. So far, we have experienced being asked not to move during the ceremony, and take shots from one fixed spot only. This is not a problem for us, but will mean you get a less varied selection of ceremony photos than during normal times.
Will you take group shots?
Yes – but please remember that only households and bubbles should be close together. We do not take responsibility for those in the photos not adhering to the government guidelines.
What if there is a local lockdown?
If the bride and groom are in an area affected by a local lockdown, we will do our best to reschedule the wedding date with you. If we are in an area affected by a local lockdown and we are not allowed to travel to shoot your wedding, we will contact our associates to find someone else to shoot your day. When an associate shoots for us, we still edit the photos (unless otherwise agreed), and so the final photos will have the Story & Colour style that you have invested in.
What about Track and Trace?
If the wedding is postponed due to a member of the wedding party having to self-isolate due to Track and Trace, we will try to reschedule with you for your new date. If this is not possible, then we will retain only the booking fee/deposit, and return the rest of your money. The deposit will help cover services and preparations until this point. If we have to self-isolate, we will endeavor to find an associate to shoot the wedding, as explained above.
